1. General Questions

What is your return policy?

We don’t process returns, and all items are non-returnable. However, if your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, we’ll gladly offer you a refund or an exchange.

 

If your item hasn’t arrived, or if it arrives damaged, you’re eligible for a full refund or an exchange for the same item or another product up to 120% of the original value. 

 

Minor issues, such as a damaged box with an intact product, aren’t eligible for refunds under our policy.

How do I track my order?

After placing your order, please allow 1-2 days for processing, after which a tracking number will be sent to you via email. Then, you can easily track your order anytime on your personal Order Page (sent via email) or on our website's Track Order page! 

Order updates will be sent to you by email to keep you informed throughout the process.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel or modify your order after it has been placed. However, if you contact us as soon as possible, we may be able to find a solution.

What is the material of a product?

The material for each product is listed on the product page, in the dropdown section. If you have further questions about the material, please don't hesitate to contact us.

How do I care for a product?

Care instructions are included in the manual provided with your product. If no care instructions are specified, no special care is required. For optimal longevity, please keep your product clean, dry, and stored in a safe environment when not in use. Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, and direct sunlight to maintain its performance and appearance.

Can I see a product in other colors?

If the product is available in other colors, they will be listed on the product page. If you don't see the color you're looking for, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

3. Payment Questions

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. Accepted payment methods are displayed on the checkout page. If you attempt to pay with an unsupported platform, the transaction will not go through, and you will not be charged.

Do you offer installment payment options?

No, we do not offer installment payment options for purchases at this time. Please check our website or contact customer service for any updates or additional payment options.

Is my payment information secure?

Shipping usually takes 8-15 days. In rare cases, it may take up to 35 business days.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes. Please make sure to provide your complete and accurate shipping address to avoid any delays in delivery.

No, there are no extra duties or import fees for your orders.
